Henry Feldman has spent 35 years in hotel management getting ready to help you. His many years of managing urban and destination resorts with strong profits and market leaders in their region make him the ideal counselor in changing times like this.
He served as President of La Mansión Hospitality
Management Company from 1998 to 2004, which specialized
in the renovation, repositioning, marketing and management
of independently owned luxury hotels, resorts and spas.
He was responsible for the overall management of La
Mansión del Rio Hotel and the new Watermark Hotel
& Spa.
Development Design and Repositioning
From 1982 to 1998 he served as Vice President of Harsch
Investment Corporation, where he was responsible for
the development and management of the Claremont Resort
and Spa, a 280-room, Preferred Hotels resort and full-service
European style health spa in Berkeley, California. He
also managed two other Harsch-owned properties in Denver,
Colorado. Under Mr. Feldman's leadership at the Claremont
Resort, the company renovated and repositioned the older,
under-performing hotel by upgrading service, adding
conference facilities, and designing and building the
first full-service, urban, European health spa, which
became recognized as one of the most outstanding in
the country. In 1998, the hotel was sold as one of the
largest single hotel deals of the year.
Mr. Feldman also served from 1979 to 1982 as Senior
Vice President and Director of Club and Hotel Operations
for Playboy International, where he was responsible
for the successful management and marketing of three
resorts, a Chicago hotel, and six Playboy Clubs.
